By purchasing any Meilifluous Calligraphy products & services, you acknowledge and agree with the terms and conditions as mention below.
Each invitation design is made specially made according to the theme and the color scheme of the event for each client. There will be three times of revision (four times proofs), and it is important that proofs are carefully checked over before proceeding to print, as we are not able to offer any amendments once it has been approved. Additional fee might occur for additional revisions.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
For Indonesia clients, pricing quoted in IDR and the payment will be provided in BCA or Mandiri account. For clients from Europe, pricing quoted in EUR. For clients from the United States and the rest of the world, pricing quoted in USD. We provide Paypal for International orders payment.
50 % payment in advance is necessary to book Meilifluous' schedule, then another 50% payment can be made prior to shipping.
The design process might take 1-2 weeks depending on approval. On the rare occasion that we should require to change or extend these dates, clients will be notified immediately.
Clients will be notified of shipping timeframes and options once the design is completed or the goods are ready to be sent. Once paid for, goods will be shipped via TIKI for Indonesian and DHL Express for International orders.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
The cancellation fee is 50% of the amount due if the design has not been made or still in progress. If the design has been completed (final proof) but not printed yet the cancellation fee is 100% of the amount due. If the invitations/stationeries have been printed, and/or being printed, the cancellation fee is 100%.
Should a mistake be made on Meilifluous part, Meilifluous will either reprint or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording/design approved by the client, the costs of reprinting are the responsibility of the client.
